Shri George Jacob Muthoot holds a Civil Engineering Degree from the Manipal University. His contributions have been instrumental in expanding the brand’s presence throughout India and has taken the Company closer to its vision of financial inclusion of all sections of the society. The Group has substantial business interests in the UK, USA, UAE, Sri Lanka, and Nepal outside India. Shri George Jacob Muthoot is actively involved in the overseas business operations of the Company. He is an active member of several management and social forums in Kerala, namely the Trivandrum Agenda Task Force, Trivandrum Management Association, Member of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) and the Kerala Builders Forum.
 

He is a member of the Governing Board of the Charitable and Educational Society of Trivandrum Orthodox Dioceses and a Member of the Finance Committee of the Mar Dioscorus College of Pharmacy. He is a patron of the YMCA Trivandrum, and the former President of the Rotary Club of Trivandrum. He has undertaken and lead several notable contributions in terms of empowering young people and communities through social change. He has played active roles in his civic sphere like being inducted to the Advisory Committee of the Swasthi Foundation, a non-profit organization, primarily focusing on Healthcare, Social Justice and Environment Protection.

Shri George Alexander Muthoot is a chartered accountant who qualified with a first rank in Kerala and ranked 20th overall in India, in 1978. He has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Kerala University where he was a rank holder and Gold Medallist. He was also awarded the Times of India Group Business Excellence Award in customised Financial Services in March 2009.

He served as the Chairman of the Kerala Non Banking Finance Companies Association from 2004 to 2007 and is currently its Vice Chairman.

He has also received the CA Business Achiever Award 2013 under Financial Service Sector from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

He is also the Member Secretary of Finance Companies Association, Chennai. He is the founder member for The Indus Entrepreneurs International, Kochi Chapter and is now a member of the Core Committee of The Indus Entrepreneurs International Kochi Chapter. His insight for understanding of Gold Loan business and professional zeal has been the catalyst behind the Company's meteoric rise to the present level of being India's largest Gold Loan Company.

Shri George Thomas Muthoot is a businessman by profession. He brings to the table over three decades of operational and management experience in Financial Services and has played a key role in managing the fast-growing operations of the Company.

A banker with over 30 years of experience in managing business operations in the field of financial services, Shri George Thomas Muthoot's insights have played a pivotal role in the Group's dramatic growth and profits.

He is the Joint Managing Director and full-time Director of the Company. In 2014, he received the Sustainable Leadership Award from CSR Congress in the individual category.

As Managing Director of Muthoot Healthcare, Dr. Georgie Kurien Muthoot has led the organisation’s growth into a respected provider of comprehensive medical services across Central Travancore. He has been instrumental in developing multi-specialty hospitals, diagnostic centres, retail pharmacies, and educational institutions in Nursing and Allied Health Sciences.
 

With 15 years of clinical and leadership experience in the UK’s NHS, Dr. Georgie Kurien Muthoot brings international standards and a patient-centred approach to healthcare delivery. Under his guidance, Muthoot Healthcare has achieved NABH and Excellence in Nursing and introduced advanced services such as Cancer Care and Robotic Surgery. He holds a medical degree from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, a membership with the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), UK, and a Post graduate Diploma in Diabetes from the University of Warwick. He is the son of Dr. George Kurien, the Founder Medical Director of M. G. M. Muthoot Medical Centre, Kozhencherry.

George M George is the 4th generation of Entrepreneurs at The Muthoot Group. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the Prestigious Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration in Manipal and was awarded the Distinguished Alumni award in 2015 by his Alma mater and also the ITC chairman’s award for his contribution to the field of sustainable tourism. He went on to pursue his Master’s in International Hospitality management at The Essec-Cornell University in Paris, France.
 

He founded and started a unique brand of Hospitality called Xandari, which engages in sustainable tourism activities in India and Costa Rica. 
 

He also launched Chennai’s first English radio station and India’s first Talk radio format in 2007.
 

During his stint at Muthoot Finance as the Deputy Managing Director, he has invested his time in creating and nurturing new products and services using sustainability as a cornerstone. He also heads the CSR activities of the group, engaging himself in initiatives that involve grass root level intervention in Healthcare, Education and Environment across India.
 

He is also on the St. George Education Society board as the Chairman and looks into the strategic growth initiatives for St. George’s School and The Paul George Global School in New Delhi.

Shri Alexander George Muthoot is the Joint Managing Director of The Muthoot Group, a multi-faceted, multi-dimensional conglomerate, with 20 diversified business divisions. Muthoot Finance is the flagship company of the Group. The youngest son of Late Shri M. G. George Muthoot, former Chairman of The Muthoot Group, he has an advanced diploma in business administration from Florida International University and an MBA from Thunderbird University in USA.

He joined the family business as a Manager and worked tirelessly to rise through the ranks and become the Joint Managing Director of the Group. He has been relentlessly carrying forward the 800-year legacy of the Muthoot Family through strong Corporate Governance Practices and varied Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives. He oversees the Group’s North, East and West India Operations and is spearheading its growth. As a formidable business leader, he is responsible for actively introducing the use of modern techniques and technology. He’s has been the driving force behind the development of strategy towards innovative customer centric initiatives and has led the brand to greater heights. He has combined business acumen with the Group’s core values of honesty, integrity and ethics to benefit a large section of the society.

He has combined business acumen with the Group’s core values of honesty, integrity and ethics to benefit a large section of the society. He has generously contributed both on a personal and professional level.

Over the years, Mr. Alexander has received several prestigious awards in recognition of his outstanding contributions to excellence in the corporate sector. On July 8, 2026, he was honored with the esteemed Top 50 Successful Successor Award by Hurun India in association with ASK Wealth.

He was also conferred with the Bharat Samman Award by Alika Educational & Health Society (Regd.) for his dedicated service to the nation and society. In the same year, he received the Business Leader Award at the TechCircles Business Transformation Awards, further highlighting his impactful leadership.

He has been a proud recipient of the Chanakya Award 2022 Responsible Leadership of the Year at the PRCI 16th Global Communication Conclave as an acknowledgement of his significant contribution to Administration and Good Governance.

On behalf of Muthoot Finance, he received the Golden Peacock Award for Corporate Social Responsibility for FY '21-22 instituted by the Institute of Directors (I.O.D.) from Mr. Arjun Ram Meghwal (Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Culture, Government of India) at a ceremony in Hotel Le Meridian, New Delhi, on 3rd June 2022. 

He was honoured for his exemplary contribution towards the welfare of the people of North East India by Olympic Medalist and Member of Parliament Ms. Mary Kom and Smt. Tara Gandhi, granddaughter of Mahatma Gandhi ji.

He was awarded the No.1 position at the ‘Newage Icon Changemakers 2020 - Hall Of Fame’.

Shri George Muthoot Jacob is the Deputy Managing Director of The Muthoot Group. He is responsible for overseeing operations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala and plays a central role in Managing Marketing initiatives across South India. He also oversees the Group’s Internal Audit and Compliance functions, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal governance protocols.
 

He holds a postgraduate degree in Management from Cass Business School, London, and LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick, UK. He completed his undergraduate degree in Law - BALLB (Hons.) from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, where he also served as editor of the NUALS Law Journal.

He serves on the Boards of the following affiliated and external entities: Independent Director, V-Guard Industries Ltd., and Sunflame Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Director, Belstar Microfinance Ltd., Chennai, Director, Muthoot Finance UK Ltd., and Muthoot Global UK Ltd., Director, Muthoot Vehicle & Asset Finance Ltd. In 2024, he was recognised by TiE Kerala with the Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Shri George Muthoot Alexander has completed his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina – Kenan & Flagler Business School and has his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala - TKM College of Engineering. He is the Deputy Managing Director of Muthoot Finance and takes care of operations across the states of Karnataka, Goa and Telangana in India. He has the additional responsibility of heading the global operations of The Muthoot Group in the USA as well. Alongside this, he also serves on the board of three other Group Companies (Asia Asset Finance, Muthoot Insurance Brokers and Belstar Finance & Investments).
 

He has also served as the chair for the Confederation of Indian Industries – Young Indians Bangalore Chapter in 2015. He was one among the 10 Indians chosen to represent India for AIYD (Australia India Youth Dialogue) at Sydney and Melbourne in 2013 & 2022.

Shri Eapen Alexander Muthoot is an Executive Director in The Muthoot Group and oversees the IT, Analytics and Strategic Initiatives of Muthoot Finance and its subsidiaries. He is also a Director for Muthoot Finance’s Affordable Home Loans subsidiary – Muthoot Homefin and is also a Director for Muthoot Finance’s Vehicle Loans subsidiary – Muthoot Money.
 

Additionally, he is also a Director for CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited, a Credit Information Bureau. He also serves as a member on the India & Middle Eastern advisory board of Fuqua School of Business – Duke University. Shri Eapen Alexander Muthoot is an MSc and an MBA from Duke University. In International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a BA Economics (Honours) degree from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
